You have a separate mmr for every queue type, so your normals mmr is different from your ranked solo mmr which is different from your aram mmr which is different from your rank flex mmr and so on.
Op.gg and similar only estimates ranked solo mmr, and furthermore it's only an estimate. The only way to get a hint about your true mmr is by looking at your LP gains/losses. If you're losing more than you gain, your mmr is below average. If you're gain and losing about the same (~20) your mmr is about right for your rank, and if you're gaining more than you lose than your mmr is higher than expected.
Also, the estimates (emphasis on estimates) of mmr op.gg gives for matches would be the average mmr for all those in the match, and it's quite possible that the average mmr for the match could be 900 while you are 800 if there was a >900 player to balance you out. Matchmaking tries to keep people with close mmrs together, but at very high mmrs (i.e. challenger) and very low (i.e. bronze 5) theres not necessarily enough people with similar mmr all queuing at the same time, so as a b5 you may find yourself playing with slightly higher mmr players more often than not. (This does mean if you win, your mmr gains will be better than if you wons games with everyone being the same mmr as you however.)
