Riot shows favoritism time and time again, they won't buff the champions played by 0.1% of the playerbase because then the 99.9% playerbase (Mages, Assassins and ADCs) start crying how that champion is unfair.

Remove the stupid percentage health of the target restriction on his ult.

I agree, the tiamat buff made him even worst not like getting gold as shen was hard enough its even harder now because tiamat was practically his main clear until hydra
