Xin nerfs what a surprise

Prior to the unneeded buffs Xin was doing great, the devourer build made him a great dueler trough autoattacks (which is what xin is about) while giving him a lategame. His AD or tank builds weren't unviable either basically he had flexible build pats.

Then out of the blue you gave unneeded buffs that made him overbearing and a nightmare to face despite NOBODY wanting those and now that you realised said unneeded were too powerfull, rather than reverting them you instead decide to nerf the champion into a state where he will be worse than before the buffs!

That ap ratio and attack speed that you are tackling were what made him scale with devourer, you talk a lot about diversity well guess what xin WAS a versatile champ, STOP trying to shove warrior builds down our throat, they were never even unviable in the first place

please revert the pbe nerf and either remove the crit or the AD RATIO or better yet both

TLDR: In 6.4, Xin Zhao has 25% less damage and 43% less healing than before the buff.

i think they wanted to make him look ideal for rageblade. both ap and ad ratios. but they are decreasing the ap ratio. and reducing the attack speed boost. so overall he will prob be same as before the buffs.
