do we just forget about Talon?

Talon is in an unplayable state right now with 1.5% pick rate and 44% win rate putting him along side with all the dead champions(Azir, Kalista...) and he's the only Assassin to be in such a bad a spot (and Akali I think), and after the first week of the rework where everyone predicted him to be broken no one speaks about him Anymore. is Riot just gonna let him die, if so why rework him in the first place, at least the old Talon had the potential to carry. While I agree the old Talon had a lot of problems , but this was a bad way to handle him. So my question is : is Riot gonna address the problems with the new Talon or do we just need to forget about him?

I personally find him super fun, and play him relatively well in my elo

Ok 100/0 in 1sec is not good and every assassin's rework was about slowing the burst and open up the counterplay's window.

But with Talon I think they kinda overdon it.

-One little dash and a manaless wall jump instead of a blink. -delay on W come back but more range -can't double R anymore, but the blades can go back in one target if you AA or Q her. -damage passed on the passiv who you need to aa an enemy after having hit him 3 time with those deleyed spell.

Most of the midlane matchup now counter his dash, will his E his only good to roam, and in teamfight he got an hard time to kill his target in without being cc and bursted.

so he's basically trash in laning phase, god-like in mid game, and trash again in teamfight .
