nerf phantom dancer shield trigger

we have few champions that rely on killing people for resets. darius, chogath and i dont want to talk about pyke since he doesnt care about shields. but darius and especially chogath ult rely on killing the enemy with ultimate. how frustrating is to play against phantom dancer shield when you see indicator my ult will kill the target but the target survives bcs the shield from phantom dancer. please change the trigger of the shield after dmg that reduces you below 30 % instead of before
