Why does the urf pass even exist? Giving you a better chance at an gamebreaking op champion on the mode that no other player can get WITHOUT PAYING is the definition of pay to win, urf pass would be only acceptable if it costed BE.
I speak this as someone who has already spent quite a lot on this game, so im not even a f2p player.

You get a reroll every game if you buy it, instead of having to play to earn them.
