Can we have another flat armor pent item?

Building an early was great on many champs to get an edge over your lane opponent who started to build armor Champs that used Brutalizer: After the early after your early lane dominance mid-late game you'll be turning that Brutalizer into Black Cleaver but now with the od black cleaver gone we are forced to build as its the only build path for Brutalizer now, and Ghostblade gives useless stats to these champs except rengar and on Riven its optional can we have another ad pent item that are useful for these champs? Ideas anyone?

item 3142 is actually a viable choice for all those champions. For Pantheon and Darius, it gives the much needed mobility; for Jayce, it turns his all-ins even more powerful.

However I agree that another flat armor penetration item is needed.

I kinda like it, there's trade off now, rush the item 3134 or follow the horrible build path for item 3071 and get a mid game power spike. if you really want damage get a item 3074 and build after. Or just take armor pen runes, I really don't want champs like riven and zed to have full ad in runes while still being able to ignore 75% or my armor. I personally would only ever support another armor pen item if item 3035 was nerfed, maybe to have 10 flat pen and 25% armor pen
