Don't rage: Rage is the factor that has the most influence on a game's outcome
I've just had a game where my team's
started to whine about my team's
, saying that he was (supposedly) missing all his Qs and ults, didn't know how to play ADC, and was bad. I told her to stop because even if Corki was bad, we could win just fine, he actually wasn't playing as badly as Morgana was saying. Despite this, she didn't stopped raging and QQing, so I had to mute her and told all of my team to mute her too. However, it was too late; Morgana's toxicity had already spread between my team, and a game that had everything to be a win, turned into a loss.
This is not the first game that I lose due to rage, I had countless games this week where someone on my team starts to whine or to say that the game is already over even when it didn't even started to begin with. And all that toxicity had far, far more influence on my game's outcomes than all other possible factors combined.
Toxicity has a lot more influence on a game's outcome than everything else. It doesn't matter if you have the best composition of the world, or if you are a main
and become 10/0 at the first 20 minutes of the game, or if you are a Diamond smurf. If you are arguing with each other and just exchanging insults instead of just playing, then you will LOSE - unless the enemy team is raging themselves too. Still, there is absolutely no reason to whine about your teammates, no matter how bad they are supposedly doing. I say "supposedly" because many times your teammates aren't even bad to begin with and you are just insulting them for no reason other than the fact that you are a douchebag that talks too much and do not play the game.
Many times your teammates were just stomped on lane, or they are just having a bad day, but if you don't rage, you can outscale the enemy team and win. I say that because once I had a battle where the
on my team was stomping the enemy
. Then just because Fiora killed me (I was the jungler) and my support, Renekton started to rage and say that we were "feeding" Fiora. The result is that my team started to fall to squabbles and insults, and we lost a game that we had everything possible to win.
