item 3082 1000 gold to remove 450 gold worth of stats from the enemy ADC (15% attack speed)

item 3035 1300 gold to remove 35% bonus armor, removing 630 gold worth from just item 3068, and usually removing much more.

Even if a tank stacks both item 3110 item 3082 (Spending 3700 gold to remove 900 gold worth of AS), the 1300 gold the ADC spent just ends up stealing even more from the tank -- 1365 gold worth of armor.

So why is it that an ADC can buy a single item to invalidate an entire build, leaving 4 item slots for the rest of their squishy-killing pleasure, while Tanks can't even counteract half a item 3087 while giving up health, magic resist, and utility from their itemizing?

item 3110 is pretty good as a complete item, 90 armor 400 mana and 20@ cdr with the 15 aa speed reduction. plus its only 2700 gold. item 3087 is 2600 35% aa speed 305 crit 5% ms and a 60-160 bones damage passive that can crit tha deals magic damage. Both items need other stas to actually be affective, frozen heart needs HP and static shiv needs AD. The reason why item 3035 gets to be the way it is, is because its only affective as a 4th or 5th item. ADC's scale into the late game because of how this. Tanks get to use their stats earlier but lose out later. Ex:item 3110 item 3047 item 3068 hits a bigger power spike then item 3006 item 3031 item 3086 , but item 3110 item 3047 item 3068 item 3800 item 1011 gets beat by item 3006 item 3031 item 3046item 3086 item 3035
