Here is how you fix eve without nerfing her to the ground every time she gets played

Make her stealth only apply to wards. Boom, now she cant walk right up to you without being seen and destroy you, but can still sneak around the map and catch you off guard.

Do this, and allow her to not have the weakest kit (especially that ult, omg) in the game and you have got yourself a champ.

What will riot do instead? Nerf her everytime she gets played for 6 years, then rework her into a tank and make her q a skillshot.
