I personally feel like it will end up being one of the the smaller roster guys, the "numbers tweaks" ones.

I think it might actually be Katarina because apparently they're gonna give her even more mobility. Also, I'm hoping that the "small number changes" are underwhelming because, fingers crossed, Riot has learned they're lesson on buffing champs by changing their passive or scaling (cough cough Sona cough cough)

Katarina will get insane mobility, she could very easily become broken in the same way Yasuo is. I'm trusting Riot to not fuck up as badly as they did on him, but she's still a sensitive subject.

Talon will probably not be that broken. While they did say some pretty insane things about his new mobility, the roaming gimmick is likely not gonna break him as much as being hypermobile, he's not going to feel like you can't do anything in lane against him (most likely).

LeBlanc is quite an interesting subject. On one hand, she's frustrating to play against because you get deleted in .5 seconds, on the other hand while that might change in her new kit she will be getting a lot more deceiving to her kit, something that might just make her feel even more obnoxious to play against.

Rengar is a wildcard imo, his new QW could make his combat pattern more engaging but until we know what those are I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed. If they don't improve much, he'll be the same 'oneshot from stealth' champion, which isn't very fun.
