Pricing of boots should be lowered

First the problem is that completed boots, completely dominate the solo lanes. But at the same time they are what keep players from feeding, over and over again. Or being useful depending on the situation.

A fully built boots will always downright beat a semi built item at around the same cost.

Especially now that runes don't give you the extra armor or MR against assassins, I think boots should come at 300 gold cheaper. (Cloth armor is 300)

Just saying; boots should be looked at for the next couple of patches.

Maybe remove tier 1 boots for -300 total cost for boots (No one starts them anymore)

Or have boots give the maximum movement speed, while the upgrade costs less but there is no movement gained from not having boots.

I find myself delaying boots a lot in toplane. Especially if I am building something with item 3044

Compared to ad champ builds: item 3147 item 3142 item 3814 item 3033 and item 3036 to item 3151 item 3020 and item 3135 ... Ad champs get the better trade of boots.

Not really, Sorc Pen and Liandyrs gives you early-mid game almost true damage. It only takes 2 items to do so, because our boots.

AD champs do have more of a variety but overall Sorc Pen boots are pretty awesome.

Furthermore, We can also buy tank boots lol.

Also keep in mind that Leth doesn't get to 1 flat armor pen until level 18 and champions have higher base armor. Most Ranged champions at level 18 will have 39 MR, so Liandyrs and Sorc Pen give 33 Pen.

LDR and Mortal Reminder without there bonus passives are far weaker in terms of pen then Void Staff. LW items interpenetration only effects bonus armor while Void effects overall MR.

Sorc Pen boots give 18 MP got 1100 on a item class you always buy, a Dirk gives 10 Leth pen for 1100 and you again don't get full advantage out of leth till late game.
