Now that zhonya and Abyssal give cdr, can we revert Lichbane's cdr?

I think its a great item for and she doesn't scale with CDR.

sheen proc is ideal on champions like imo. it's a micro burst and single target. perfect for assassins. and now gunblade has omnivore so synergyzes really well.

the new gives 100 ap now so for champions really wanting to cap their cdr they have that. protobelt also gives cdr. there's no shortage of cdr now. with .

this would help hold them over until the assassin patch.

bring back old sheen just for lichbane. call it something else and add a new icon.

you can sit on item 3108 now when building zhonias though which helps alot. Or start with morello. after all lichbane is a late game item.

She has no mana, and she doesn't auto attack as part of her combo

oh mb didn't read the reset part. thought he meant for ap champions in general. like on TF .. ya you most certainly wouldn't want it on kat

Riot very definitely does not want assassins (other than Fizz) that use Sheen items.

curious if syndra does too? though she tends to stay farther back from auto range. She does have a lot of single target burst though.

Here's an idea what if lichbane had a bit more ap and + 2 magic pen per nearby enemy. instead of 10 cdr. that way instead of getting sorcerer boots you just get lucidity. it would be great on assassins too like Akali Nidalee Diana Kassadin Katarina Fizz Ekko who are all melee and would likely be surrounded by enemies.
