Is it just me or is Syndra incredibly weak

Every Syndra I faced as Vladimir I realized I could win the lane easily. Her skill shots are predictable and can easily be dodged if you know how far her abilities go. After I hit level 7 I can out damage and out sustain her easily. Compared to Brand's damage, she's a joke.

I mean if you are winning lane with cs, then yea it is possible that she falls off. Also are you building Spirit Visage like early or no. Either way she can do damage.
