Sejuani's punishment continues

It is ridiculous that Sejuani had her OFFENSE nerfed so much that she does literally 50% of the damage from a year ago but now all of the marksmen are getting buffed as well. She has become the WORST jungler in the game out of all the champs that are supposed to jungle and her only utility is her ultimate, which was also nerfed. The last time I attacked an enemy as Sejuani they actually gained health. If you see an enemy Sejuani, you might as well send your jungler to the other side for free kills.

I understand there is a rotating meta that Riot does that makes champions stronger than others every few months to keep the game interesting but they don't have to completely butcher the previous strong champs to continue that cycle. At least make everybody VIABLE unless they are Yorick or somebody that just has a broken kit.

Thing is Sejuani has a broken kit and a broken basis. Sejuani's job is to jump the adc and kill them. A tank with tank stats, group disruptions, and assassin qualities. Don't get me wrong I miss Sejuani, but as long as she has both tank powers and a kit revolving around killing adcs then she will be kept very tuned down. She has to be either a tank or an assassin, or changed to a juggernaut even. At least juggernauts have no mobility. But she can't be both a tank and assassin. Again I miss her too.
