Jbels1 votesI disagree. Hard CC still peels him off like it should, and he finally, FINALLY has a use. His damage still isn't particularly high, but he is now very hard to escape from if he catches you out, as it should be.

I actually had a really fun game in the jungle as him. Getting Mobi boots and Deadmans plate made me hilariously fast, and I was able to chase down a Kassadin. I don't even want a rework at this point, I think this kit is perfect
