Heres an idea: make only Caitlyns Headshot proc have increased range

There's no reason an adc that can out-zone any other adc and get insane range-crits should have a larger base attack range than anyone else.

enough with this "but she has a sniper rifle!" bullshit.

make only her head-shot's have a higher auto range, and i think that's being generous
