Go and lane against a draven and karma and tell me that shit needs a buff

He's the only ADC that when played correctly can't lose a trade in bot lane. For that single fact he should never be buffed.
This buff is just like the 
buff of patch 6.3. he was in a good spot just like draven and then riot just buffed the shit out of him(dispite everyone telling riot "WTF are you smoking you crazy shits?", but rito's like "lol we at rito balance know what's best". Then Xin proceeded to dominate solo Q and was absolute cancer and had to nerf him next patch. Draven will probs not be as bad simply because not very many people play him and he's not "brain dead" easy to pick up like xin is. However, if you do find yourself playing against a draven player/main.....

It's because people were crying about Vayne's counters and such not being relevant. Draven is far from in a bad spot and does not need buffs. He still does his job really well and scales with your skill as a draven player as the game goes on. (Maneuvering in fights and not dropping axes)

I agree. He certainly isn't very strong right now, but I don't think the problem lies with Draven.
You don't see Corki. Or Varus. Or MF. Or Quinn.
The problem is the shitty ass style of game, where bot lane gets camped for twenty years and mages live bot.
Buffing Draven wont fix it really.
When it comes to bot lane, the support matters more than the adc most of the time.
Maybe some mp buffs ,but dmg buff on Q?? are you fucking insane riot? after IE hes gonna 1 shot squishies, ffs...

As one of the few adcs that can reliably deal with vayne, I'm all for it. Idc how overpowered it may be, as long as I don't see that leather clad, tank killing, untouchable whore EVERY. DAMN. GAME.

Draven is probably one of the scariest ADCs when fed. Clearly people have not experienced Draven pressing Q then one shotting the enemy AP/AD carry.
P.S Here is the buff that is currently on the PBE: Spinning Axe (Q) bonus damage changed to [flat 30/35/40/45/50 damage + 65/75/85/95/105% of bonus AD] from [45/55/65/75/85% of total AD]

It's nice to have a non-common ADC showing up, but yeah, he's a monster, and while he's returning, I've got ADC after ADC trying to 1v1 him. It's madness. I've never had to play for the mid game more than right now.
If there's any reason to not buff Draven it's that he's the undisputed trader in the bot lane. Having said that, it will be nice to have Braum back.
Actually, the only one if the Draven is good that stands a real chance is Varus, since he only has to Aim his Qs to where axes lands
He will do only slighlty more dmg, they changed his Q to scale from BONUS AD +some base ad from TOTAL AD. And he actually deals less damage mid game... Lets say he has an IE, a BT, Mortal reminder, and Scmitar thats a total of 360 AD with his base dmg which is 105. The bonus totals up to 255 which is ~267 bonus dmg +50 thats 317 bonus dmg on Q with the new patch, and he will deal a total of ~677 dmg. With the current patch he deals 666 dmg with these items. So not a huge buff, except he will spam more W.
You can bully a Draven simply by stopping him from catching his axes. And understand he essentially has no passive once full build. His only strong point is his Q and to be a really big bully Early/Mid game. If he manages to snowball at those two points then obviously he will carry. If you want to beat him pick champions that can stop him from catching his Qs, and an ADC with really good utility and good ranged DPS.

As a draven main I cannot tell them to not buff him ;) but I don't know if its super necessary. he does damage but is less useful then a full tank nidalee if behind.
