i would be ok with this if we could block our creeps efficiently in return. the most i can seem to delay a wave is like half a second

Honestly, they should just let us walk through allied minions and rework fizz, kass, and anyone else's passive that allows you to walk through minions. Like rework it so if you're walking through it, you get +10MS instead.

Might make it too difficult to land skillshots if you can just walk in and out of minion waves, and tanky supports would be able to deny the enemy farm by standing on nearly dead minions. How large the effect would be is impossible to tell, but it's not as simple as just making everyone be able to walk through minions.

Miss Fortune (I) and the enemy Sivir went to farm and both of us kind of just started having seizures in the middle of our waves. Neither of us even attacked each other, just walked away and pretend like we both didn't miss a few minions. Was funny to see Sivir turn like 50 times within a second though.

It has to do with League's early coding where things were coded like minions. Including JarvanIV ult (Which is why Vayne with old PD could walk through it)
