Time To Buff Lissandra

Riot has been buffing every character and reworking overpowered characters.

In the meantime, Lissandra can't carry in either mid or top lane. Lissandra needs a buff to counter all overpowered things everybody else can do.

Remember. Lissandra has ZERO range and is in essence a squishy, short-ranged melee caster. No other caster has to go into more danger, with less survivability than Lissandra.

If you took out Lissandra's AOE and gave her Syndra, Lux, Xerath, or Ziggs' range, the list goes on, then you MIGHT have something close to balance.

When you need a 5-man in order to take advantage of Lissandra, Riot has failed. Because Riot has skewed EVERY OTHER champ to be basically one man tanky assassins.

Bring some balance. increase range, increase health, increase damage, increase lockdown. How is it that the ice queen has LESS LOCKDOWN THAN SUPPORTS?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Foolish game designers nerfed Lissandra. The same foolish designers need to buff her. Now.

She could use some more damage, but she's generally in a good spot, really.

She is a pretty good champion, especially with the healing they gave her a while back. I mean, good damage, CC, good engage, you just need to play her right.
