Ya know how jarvin R's single target effect now applies onto all targets caught in the area? Let's make lissandra R's single target effect apply onto all targets in the area as well. If you use it on yourself then all allies in the area will be in stasis while receiving heals, and if you use it on opponent then all enemies in the area will be stunned. Yep, sounds like a gud change to me >_+.

LCS is way different from the regular game though.
I agree that Lissandra is missing a little something. I still believe she's decent enough, and a sleeper pick against a lot of assassins. However you do need to practice her quite a bit for the little you get out of her in ranked soloqueue.
Because she occupies such a specific place, an anti-assassin mage, she's relatively easy to counter pick too. Anyone with enough safe harass can punish her and make the laning phase miserable.
