Well this is nothing new considering the fact that everyone was like this too during Ryze's last rework.
First of all, can you chill on the exclamation marks and caps? Your salt is starting to give me sodium poisoning.
The only reason everyone is freaking out about Ryze is that he's so new, people don't know how to play against him. Also, unlike Talliyah, he's actually a bit on the stronger side, which, I guess, adds to the fact that he seems a bit harder to play against.
The thing is, Desperate Power is probably the largest contributor in making Ryze nigh-unbalancable. With that gone, he should be in a much healthier state with a couple tweaks. Oh, don't forget you can also ban him by the way.
Also, I suggest you at least try to formulate a half-coherent argument before you throw around accusations like a monkey throws around it's own shit.
