Time To Buff Lissandra
Lissandra has no range, and she's slow, so she gets blown up my APC's and ADC's. Lissandra has no health, so she gets blown up by APC's, ADC's, Assassins, and Tanky Bruisers. Lissandra can't even kill a support because all supports either do more damage, have more sustain, or are just outright tanky.
Lissandra's mana costs are too high to keep up in any of the lanes, and Lissandra can't safely farm without expending all her mana and being oom after 2 cycles through her spells. Lissandra's Q and W are too short range to use unless you are up close to everyone else, and when you are that close, you die. Because you don't have hitpoints. The R is not a solution because if you self ult and zhonya's, that's still only 4ish seconds of invulnerability, but after that, you'll just get demolished by anyone else on the opposite team. Lissandra should not be dependent on having the entire team around her to be effective.
It's time to finally be fair and fix Lissandra. Increase her range on all spells. She has the lowest move speed of every champ on the rift. Give her high speed so she's not a sitting lane duck and can't push by herself, like EVERY other champ can. Lower her mana costs, and buff her spells, so she actually makes a difference in games and can have a positive KDA.
I always have a positive KDA, but I can't make a difference in games because Riot overnerfed her because they got rid of deathfire grasp, and yet they still allowed the b.s. that is Ezreal's iceborn gauntlet to proc off a damn spell and not an auto attack.
Every other character type does not get destroyed so easily. Top lanes get massive health, armor, and health regen, and even better movement than Lissandra. Mid lanes get massive movement, speed, and massive damage. Bottom lanes have massive range and massive damage and can massive vampiric heal. Supports get massive utility at low risk to themself, massive health, armor, or damage. Junglers get bruisyness or assassinniness, all with massive damage, massive speed, massive blink, and massive health regen.
Lissandra gets NONE of the benefits of any character from any lane, and is the weakest hands down on the rift. Her KDA's are always negative, 5 kills, 7 deaths, or something ridiculous like that. I always tend to do 3-5 kills, 2ish deaths. So i play better than 90% of Lissandra's, but am too squishy to not feed.
It's time to fix Lissandra, and no, she should not be made to be blowuppable constantly because she is a SHORT RANGE SQUISHY MAGE WITH NO SUSTAIN OR SPEED. NO OTHER MAGE HAS THIS PROBLEM.

. i feel like she needs everything : tons of AP for damage, CDR for being able to E in the battle and possibly E out of the battle(or in the battle for damage), and then she needs health, mr and armor to survive all that and at least 1 mana item(like ROA or morello) to at least not be oom continuously. so to me she is very item dependant. she can be a good carry if you rush
. but she will fall short in survivability and will explode in the team with within the first CC. or you build her all-round with everything and fall short on the damage until you are able to build a
