Colton1471 votesI do not mind roaming supports... As long as they do what they do quickly enough and return back to lane.
I'm not however fond of supports, such as Miss Fortune, Malzahar, Brand, etc. as they do too much damage to be a support.
I tend to consider Soraka a roaming support as well if you want to make use of her passive during the Laning phase.

One, the review system has no way of telling if someone "walked out of lane", that is the sort of judgement call that is dificult for a human to make, let alone a computer. Second, lane and champion meta is not enforced in any way, riot has been very clear on this. The only exception is when it degrades into very obvious griefing, like the support singed nonsense a couple months back.
