Pd, Streraks, and passive im sick and tired of this. hell throw a hexdrinker on him. The conq healing is making this unbearable

Phantom Dancer, Steraks, and Hexdrinker do not stack as they share the same named unique passive. Triggering one will put them all on cool down.

Actually PD and Steraks can "stack" The shields cannot stack however but you do get the Tenacity from Steraks and whichever one provides the greatest shield. (So if you had more HP You'd get more from Steraks and PD would just be a stat stick at that point)

I only know because I did this on accident before with a trolly Vi build. I'll need to test this again sometime but it did happen.

But is it viable? HELL NO. Is it funny? Sorta.
