@Riot, why ignore that bloodrazor is the statistically lesser choice for even most obvious users

There are only 2 champs in existence with it semi often. One being yi who is quite well recognized to not be in a healthy state overall right now, the next and only one in existence after being jax. And even still for both of them it isn't even the best choice on them with yi statistically preferring warrior and jax statistically preferring cinderhulk.

This item needs a pretty significant overhaul more than runic needed it's recent one.

This has been an issue for years now since it replaced devourer (I recognize it was a problem), since then there have been general swing in meta's mostly between tank and warrior junglers and a sprinkle of the AP pack kings (elise/nid). I really wonder why it has been so willingly ignored when this isn't the first call out for the problem this item is for approaching ohmwrecker territory for being such lesser choice on all potential users.
