Seems "unfair"

That I am up 2 levels and an entire armor/hp item on Jax and he does 1,368 true dmg to me in 2 sec? What's the point of tanks if you're going to keep conqueror this way? If I am active across the map and doing relatively well in-game shouldn't they have to at least CONSIDER building against me? As a tank I have to prioritize my build based on who is doing well for the enemy team. The conqueror rune negates the need to alter your build path in any way if a tank is having a successful game. If you are a fighter you just build optimally and then auto attack .

Edit 1: Seriously, what part of this very factual statement deserves downvotes. It's true top lane tanks are shit right now. Outside of infinitely scaling Sion and CC Bot Maokai.

Edit2: In all honesty, if you think Conqueror is ok you're part of the balance nightmare we have had since Juggernaut rework season 5.
