The new client is insufferably slow

I'm sitting in a dodge timer right now because I clicked to lock in my champion for SIX FUCKING SECONDS and the client wouldn't register it. 10 seconds after I apparently dodged, it takes me back to the lobby. And GOD FORBID YOU EVER TRY CHANGING YOUR MASTERIES!

During the alpha I told riot that changing your masteries caused considerable lag, but they never did anything about it, and now I have to live with this crap.

Yeah. i had that problem before and the new client really needs to improve right now.

Not sure if the computer was part of the problem but now reading this it shows that the new client needs some small fixes to improve the lag problem...

Hopefully they do fix that problem real soon and not give others trying to queue in a hard time banning/selecting champions with that horrible lag.
