I main Azir but have not been able to test the changes on PBE due to being at the beach. It seems to be, that it is reducing the range at which I can drift....I have no ping issues so that is not a problem. It seems like overall it is saying the distance I can drift is being decreased.... can anyone confirm this or explain so I can sleep peacefuly ^_^

Edit: just played him on live, it was definitely more of a buff to him. So luckily our Azir is still awesome.
