Veigars late game is so fucking dumb.
Like its almost unfair, even with magic resist his Q does almost 1000 damage too you, his W can 1 shot you, and his R just nukes someone.

It'd be better if he had to solely farm and kill for them. Simply hitting someone with something shouldn't grant you a stack imo
