He's bad and refuses to play a game unless the enemy team stands still in all of his damage. If they don't and he dies he screams about how OP champs are and how bad his team is.

They broke Invisibility by removing all reliable counterplay. Bogus guaranteed crit interaction with IE. Builds 3 items and straight up oneshots people in .3 seconds.

Shacos pick rate is higher than last season lmao. Nobody stopped playing him. The Shaco 'mains' threw a massive hissy fit claiming "OMG SHACO GUTTED QQ" until they figured out he was actually completely broken

And don't tell me "omg look for the little poof that lasts for half a second that he normally does from the bush or out of sight" because you try doing that when you're trying to mind your own business and farm your lane and then suddenly you have a gray screen and don't know what the fuck happened.

Invisibility has no counterplay because you have zero time to react because the range is so short and you get wasted before you can do anything and there's zero indication of it or anything like that.

-Ward where he is most likely going to come from. Because his stealth is a short duration, he has to be near the lane to Deceive into it, so tri-bush wards and river wards are just as effective against Shaco as they are for Lee Sin. -Pay attention to where he was last seen on the map. -Don't overextend. -The bright orange puff of smoke can be seen through fog of war. -Until he is level 5 he won't be able to reach the middle of the lane in stealth, if you haven't seen him recently on the map, play a bit safer. -If the enemy laner suddenly starts being more aggressive for no reason, play safer, it is obvious you are getting ganked. -He doesn't have reliable CC in a gank, it's an attackable box and you can see where it is placed, the detonation radius is very small so just don't walk near it. -Most of his damage is an execute, so if you are full health he isn't that scary.

Why aren't you bitching about Zac? He can come from chickens into the middle of the lane, leaving you very little time to react. Zac has more CC than Shaco, and does an obscene amount of damage for how tanky he is. Why aren't you bitching about Rengar? He will one shot you as well. Why aren't you bitching about Eve? So will she. Talon can jump over walls and one shot you!

Also, unlike Lee Sin, Shaco is an all-in champion. If he uses his Q to get into the lane, he can't use it to get away, and Shacos very rarely take flash. Why do you think Shaco is rarely seen in LCS? Because he is so easily countered.

All this is coming from someone who mains squishy supports.

Eve is complete bullshit for the same reason as shaco.

Did you not catch what I said about shaco's invisibility? Rengar and Talon's stealth at least have clear INDICATORS that they are invisible AND the are tied to their ultimates. Eve's is permanent until she enters combat and shaco can just sit in your lane without you having any knowledge of it until you're dead.

That's not counterplay to shaco. Normally it's too late because he's already in your lane because you had no idea and youre dead before you can even react to the 1 v 3.

They added an indicator for Shaco too. It is the bright puff of smoke you can see through fog of war and brush. It also has pretty average range (400, to put it in perspective, Lucian has 500 AA range), so he has to be relatively close to use it.

Eve is permanently camouflaged so tri/river wards aren't as effective. Shaco however spends the vast majority of time out of invisibility.

Trust me. Buy wards, place them in places he is likely to Deceive from and you wont have an issue.
