CHILL. It's still preseason, your ranked climb is not as significant right now as you're making it out to be. Some of you might argue "But it said out ranked starting point will be influenced by how well we do in pre-season". What does it matter? If you deserve to be in gold, you'll get there regardless of where you start. So just chill. It's not like Riot isn't actively working to balance the mmr for Ranked Flex as we speak

So a silver can win against diamonds, the one of the highest ratings and theoretically should raise your MMR stupid high, and get punished and gets us demoted even more than we deserve and gotten in our original placements?

Yeaaa no. fuck that. with the games I've played and won I should replace half of these platinums. I can see and understand why diamonds hated dynamic q, so many boosted players who really are just golds or silvers.

Theoretically, a gold can get silver in his placements, beat diamonds and platinums, get to around silver 2, and then lose rating (silver 4 atleast) and then lose an entire tier (bronze 4-1)..

Here we see golds in bronze. Bronze QQs about smurf lee sins, and Gold QQs about elo hell.

Fuck I had a challenger in one of my games and won, where is my promotion to platinum? Demotion to silver 3? Even better right?!?!?

This preseason rating means more than anything as it WILL affect your rating in the real season. "You'll climb anyway" we all say that, than half into the season later after more of these "forced demotions"...

Its a waste of time. Some people who went from silver to gold by beating diamonds and platinums this preseason got demoted to bronze. Its an absolutely flawed system.

Because of the MMR mismatch in Flex Queue, you got reseted to the original starting point(pre placements). But remember this is only Preseason, the rank you accomplish now **WILL BE RESETED AGAIN! ** The rank you get in preseason does only influnece the placement in Season 7 to a SMALL extend! Sidenote: 1-2 Tier drops are completely normal in preseason.

I.E.: You were Plat 5 at the end of the season, were placed high Silver after placements, now got placed low Silver. If you now climb to Plat again, you will then only be placed in low Gold at the start of Season 7!

So dont worry to much about the current placement!
