Fizz...Freaking Fizz

Just....why? Why did Riot make Fizz?? Sigh. I don't even really care about his kit save one ability. His E. Why the hell did riot think that giving a champ his own personal Zhonyas that does damage and then making it his E? It's not even his ult for Christ's sake. It's on a 16 sec cooldown at level 1, 8 sec CD when maxed out, costs 90-130 mana...if they made this ability an item I'm sure that League would be in a uproar about how broken it was.

it's better then a zhonyas because you can deactivate it whenever you want and has a AOE damage upon exiting that slows. I could understand it if the rest of his kit was pure crap but...it's not...it's actually really good. And if he couldn't use his E to dodge damage, or use his E to dodge CC abilites, or use his E to make sure he wins a fight he might otherwise lose, or use his E as a gap closer, or use his E to hop walls, the rest of his kit would seem pretty fair.
