I think Darius needs a buff.
He's not strong, won't be able to compete in todays game, hell he can't in todays game of insane mobility with insane damage.
Darius's damage isn't even insane, his scalings are all bonus AD and he relies heavily on building tanky because he has no tank or sustain steroid in his kit.
People say Darius negates all melee champs, the fuck he doesn't.
Yes he has an advantage but it isn't to such an EXTREME that he wins no matter what.
He can lose lane to Jax incredibly easily with or without jungler help, Darius has a ton of trouble fighting Jax once he gets his trinity force or botrk.
Darius, contrary to popular belief, doesn't outdamage Riven unless the fight takes longer than 10 seconds in which he would still die to her as she will have a ton of CDR and steroids.
Shyvana, Renekton, Cho'Gath, Aatrox, Irelia, Malphite, Olaf, and many more MELEE champs can easily beat him in lane, it isn't hard to beat a Darius in lane, his kit is so simple and easy to bait/predict that he's your own personal slave for gold in lane if you choose to abuse it.
Honestly, his ult doesn't need the full reset, but a full reset on everybody EXCEPT the person he dunked for 120/100/80 seconds.
Kills his laner, comes back to lane, still has his ult but he can't use it on his laner until the time on them expires.
He could use a movespeed buff to 345, he has the same movespeed as ranged champs for crying out loud and he's probably the most easily kited melee champ in game outside Mordekaiser without a rylais.
