Kata is still a cancerous champ but she cant just Spamm EWR all the time there is a minimal window to dumbster her before she pops off. ALtho that window is kinda too slim.

Kat is basically a riven with 700 range dashes instead of 250 with resets and twice as much aoe.

Talon might not aoe 1 shot teams anymore but the problem with talon is that you lose lane by trying to fight him in melee range, a champ with that much mobility should not be doing release darius amount of dmg without items.

Its so easy for him to get that first kill and when he does he can just walk over the rest of the map ending the game in 20 minutes.

Talon was a lot more balanced pre rework, kat was bullshit but was kind of weak due to numbers, now kat has good numbers and is even more bullshit than before, a big mistake they did with both was making previously weak laners into early game bullies that can 100-0 you at lvl 2 with their starting item.

Most of Talon's damage is frontloaded to single target focus thanks to his Q and passive anyway. I'm not sure how he could one shot a team when those are on cooldown after killing a target.
