Give Illaoi the Sion treatment

Remember when Sion charged up his Q released it and instantly cleared an entire minion wave? Pretty lame to deal with as you have to walk all the way around and by then your minion wave is gone so you can't really fight him anymore because he got a full wave backing him up

Illaoi kind of does the same pushes you in this way spawns tentacles allover the lane and has minion support on top of being a good duelist already

there arent many melee's who can deal with that kind of thing so early in the game

For this reason sion got a Nerf to minion damage on his Q so it deals 60% less damage to minions No more ultrahard pushing making it more easy to push back and fight him

Can we do the same to illoai tentacles

Possibly make it scale down with levels or something so she eventually does get full damage to minions But not instaclearing entire waves with 1 ability at low manacost just make it 44% damage to minions scaling up by 3% per level so at level 18 does full damage again

i think this will make laning vs Illaoi less toxic as a melee because this instant waveclear very early on is jsut unbearable and covers up almost all of her weaknesses like being able to remove tentacles and fight her when none are nearby which now we cant cos were stuck under tower.
