Buff blade of the ruined king to 8% MAX health.
Now that crits are weak as fuck and assassins are still one shotting, I think % max health is not a bad thing.
Edit: or bring it down to like 4 or 6% hp.

Not to mention blanket buffing every single on hit building ADC and Ezreal all at once
Warlord Rhinark1 votes already got it's price reduced this patch and the game has too much "percentage maximum health" damage already.
I don't see any reason to buff BotRK any further.
