Instead remove thunderlord's decree from the game. No doubt champion's who normally take thunderlord's are nerfed because of the thunderlord's burst. Okay so by nerfing the champ instead of the key stone you then pidgeon-hole them into taking that mastery. So much for the diversity that keystones were supposed to bring. While we're on the topic, Actually diversify the mastery trees. The only one with a set role is resolve, but ferocity and cunning are both laced with damage and utility.
