I played a low elo game today

I was playing Leblanc mid in a low elo game. My botlane won pretty hard, so they came midlane to push with me.

My adc Caitlyn was bronze, and I was genuinely amazed because she let me my farm. And I was even more amazed when I actually told her 'thanks for letting me farm'

Wtf is happening ._.

I carried a recent team down to the enemy nexus, but the game ended in a loss due to death timers.

I scored S for my performance and each of my allies uses post game chat to blame me, saying 'I was just showing off'.

You get good and bad. Mostly bad in my experience.

So are you glad they didnt take all your farm or are you suprised she let you cs, insinuating shes bad?

I'm sad because letting a laner's farm insinuates the player is "bad". Which, a season or two ago, would have been completly normal.

If she won hard, she doesn't need the CS as much as him. Why is letting him taking it bad?

I mean, in my games (d3), if the AD comes, he legit taxes everything, even if he's far ahead.

Ok I mean but it does make sense if you care about winning. AD is gonna scale way harder than Kat or Diana (most played) so generally funneling farm into them is a good idea.

Also generally it's easier for you to migrate to a sidelane since your 1v1 potential & escape potential is much higher than an ADC (and if the ADC & support continue to sit bot lane they aren't pressing their advantage like they should be).

If you force them to rotate between clearing bot/sieging mid - they are wasting valuable time they could be hitting mid tower.

It also used to make sense back in the days though... everything you describe used to be (and still is) true.

Well , you had good mates . I played a Aatrox game today (i'm Silver4) and since the beginning people were flaming me . Whenever they died in lane because of their stupidity , the flame was directed to me . " We will loose cause this fuckin Aatrox is useless " . Didn't even get an honor when i finished the game by carrying their asses , only thing they did was arguing about who carried more . I finished the game with 18/4/8

Well it's kinda sad low elo even argues about meta when meta isn't really relevant until diamond+ and even there it depends on how off meta your champ is. But don't worry even in mid dia i had people flaming in champselect as our top picked (old) urgot and i just said i rather trust the otp of an unpopular but strong champ than any of you meta whores and indeed he carried the shit out of the game. Did anyone compliment him except me? Nope.

People are shitty, all you can do is move on knowing that you are going to climb and git gud on your champ while they will stay low and salty on their fotm champs.

There are always good and bad people everywhere you go, no matter the ELO

I think you didnt get my point... A low elo player did something I would have considered normal before, but that now is obsolete so low elo players (or at least this one) have the mentality you should have had 1-2 season ago, thats my point

I played a low elo game every day

today we ended up 24000 gold behind with a Zoe jungle while the enemy Miss fortune did more damage than our entire team combined

That's my biggest issue right now - as soon as a bot lane tower falls, everyone makes a beeline for mid, and takes all my farm. The ADC is going to out-cs my crappy 70 dmg auto's, and if I use my spells to farm, that will make the ARAM enemy suddenly engage since they saw me waste abilities.

Well if you're playing LeBlanc you should probably migrate over to a sidelane. You have good waveclear, inherent safety, and often times TP.

Like if an Ashe/Nami wins lane they shouldn't be splitting bot lane because 1) they aren't really pushing their advantage and 2) they are vulnerable af.

Bronze ADCs are more willing to give up farm than higher tier ADCs. Higher tier ADCs have a huge ego and they want every piece of farm on the map cause they aboutta 1v9.

Were you placed in a low elo match on your diamond account? Or did this happen on an unranked smurf?

0 Hogapu1 votes

This was a normal game, played on this account. I was premade with low elo friends.

NekoniClaws1 votes

Honestly they were, in that case, probably just investing resources on what they knew was a better player.

This may be true, but it remains sad. :(
