Would like to congratulate Riot on one thing
Lissandra's winrate has NOT changed at all, even after the recent changes. This is actually a perfect example of perfect power shift.
By the way, thank you for her new passive :)

that probably means she's strong after people get better at using passive correctly
I’ve been for awhile I’m just glad they made her viable.
Well,her current passive is even more useless in lane that it was before xd
basically her entire kit is......;.. LETS ALL JUST KILL THE ENEMY RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
People do need to remember though that Liss lost base damage and scaling on her w and scaling on her ult damage. This means that in a 1v1 scenario Liss is actually weaker now since her passive never comes into play until an opponent dies near her.
The thralls can be great during ganks and teamfights and they do hit decently but I just hope that if they do decide to nerf thralls they also put some of that power back into her base kit since she was pretty balanced before the change.
