Fizz was pretty balanced at the end of last season.

Why on Earth did Riot rework him into this cancer? A melee AP Assassin with an Auto-Attack reset is u heard of (at least ones with another ability that applies on-hit effects) and in their effort to move damage away from W -> Q they just moved all of that power into his W and revert his ult to just being a mindless Ranged AoE Nuke like it was before Riot removed DFG (but at least back then you could use cleanse/QSS to get rid of his ult).

I just had to play zero-damage Ziggs in a Normal because there was no way I was going to touch Fizz unless he severely misplayed so I had to run from lane to lane knocking down towers hoping my team didn't get pummelled 4v5 before I started knocking on their inhibs.

I was a bit of a Fizz one-trick last season but his new kit actually repulses me. Riot even did the same thing to Ahri now she can 100-0 someone just from W R R R and not actually landing a skillshot. It's disgusting. Bring back the % Damage Amp on Fizz R and Ahri Charm and nerf their basic abilities fo there's actually some sort of condition to dealing damage.
