Why can I only log in to the PBE, but not into regular client?

I installed a small patch today(arcade opening) and now I have connection to the server problems. I checked the server status for EU and its okay.

I also have no DNS or something internett related issues, because I can play other online games on steam for instance.

However I have no problems logging into the PBE and play there so I was wondering if there was something wrong with my client?
