Could riot give players a list of potential changes for next season ?

I'm just asking for a list of possible changes for S9.

A good thing would be to make a list of those by making a survey and players would vote for what they want.

And you could add kind of questions : would like if we did this or that would it improve your gaming experience ?

You have a client it's a powerfull tool what about using it ?

Keep an eye on the Dev Corner, Meddler posts gameplay updates and potential directions in his weekly posts there. I doubt they'd do a survey though, that sounds like one of the worst ways to try to balance anything.
