seems like one of those low risk updates you would cram into the schedule between the big ones like poppy and yorick. can you give us any hint on how far out it might still be?

was that an actual vu, like improved model and animations (recall animation added and whatever else new champions have) or a small texture update?
edit.: i think it was just a texture update.
CatSith1 votesThat was a Texture update, she still has the same model. She won't get a VU minor or a full one, anytime soon because she is one of the healthy looking champions. Possibly after all the older champions are updated she will be in line.
Honestly, i like lux's look right now and she doesn't need a VU. I think she only needs updated animations.

the thing is, theyre gonna give a vu to every older champion eventually. usually with champions like lux its even more likely, because they only need to update to a higher resolution model, add some animations and freshen up her skins. basically a vu on the scale of ashe. really easy to do, since they dont have to change anything.
its not as difficult as with champions like poppy or yorick, that probably get larger changes with a relaunch (VU + gameplay update).
so they often just throw these smaller VUs in there.
