AP Malphite really needs to have his scalings gutted. There is nothing okay about his current state.

This is a 1.7k damage combo with Luden's + Sorcerers + Oblivion Orb. He dived for me and my entire team collapsed on him, so he immediately flashed away after comboing me; he could have stayed on top of me and gotten a few more autos in for more damage.

The end result is that I can never join a fight while Malphite is alive. My auto with Rapidfire is 700 range, his ult is 1000 range and moves at 2200 speed. It takes 0.3 seconds for his ult to connect with me from auto range; there's no way to avoid it.

This is basically a better version of Annie with no skill floor and less counterplay. At least if Annie wants to do this, she needs to have her Flash up or flank, both of which can be played around. Against Malphite, I have no way to play against him unless his ult is down.

There is zero reason a champion like this should be sitting at 52% win rate above Diamond, and even less reason for him to even have AP scalings like this. The damage is too high for how little counterplay it provides, and how little skill it requires.
