Can a Rioter chime in on what the intended gameplay for jungle is when one of their lanes is losing?

Since nothing about this entire situation is being fixed, what is the intended gameplay for junglers when their lanes are losing and they're being invaded 24/7 by fed laners?

With jungle now being weaker than solo lanes at baseline and the removal of catch up experience, I'm really struggling to understand how the game is supposed to be playable for a jungler who has to consistently concede all of their camps to invasions by laners.

Go take their waves. Its solo Q; not the LCS. If they died mid, go get that wave mid. I play alot of graves and this is how I get by in some games. If my mid-laner roams or dies, I just go shove his wave or take it. Same for any other lane I'm close to.

If its going as bad as you say it is, then there is bound to be some free lanes to soak up. This is one thing I dont see many junglers even do in my elo. There will be 2-3 waves crashing mid-turret, and they will be over there doing Raptors or Wolves instead. Do those after.
