Veigar

Not saying he's weak, but playing him he feels really limited as to what he can / cannot do. And playing against him. . doesn't seem to be very interesting either (roam flash press R, rack up kills and then do nothing later on regardless)

I feel like he needs a soft rework, maybe so he can be more engaging in fights RATHER than stun people, hopefully ult somebody then die.

My idea is

W : leaves DoT on the ground R changed to a self cast buff that instantly refreshes dark matter and event horizon and veigar gains movement speed % for 5 seconds. (resets on kills, half cooldown on champion assists)
