when swain first came out reworked, he had like a 38% wr because his ult had a small delay on cast.
now that roa got nerfed and ult cd doubled and 2 second delay on turning off cast i think he is basically even worse than the 38% wr swain

Mandang04 votesWhen your ult is Swain's ult, that's actually a big deal. Most ults do more than a body-centered DOT.
PS: It's also a bad choice of nerf regarding player perception - when Swain has ult up, players are going to refuse to build grievous wounds and cry about it just as much as they did before. They'll likely forget the times Swain didn't have ult up, as they didn't have any active part in countering the skill. The nerf's only going to deal with Swain by making the Swain players not want to play Swain, not by really putting tools in the hands of the enemy team.

unless you have any of these, you might as well dc if swain is in your lane.

He's still a pick/ban, he still can wave clear for just about no cost unless you're an idiot, and on top of that, he does nothing but just walk towards you to do insane amounts of damage. Not even before
