She was nerfed. Now instead of being uber broken she's just regular broken.

Her Q's base damage was heavily gutted, but in exchange, it gains +5 damage for every mark acquired. Her clears and early dueling power took a hit, but her late game can still be down right oppressive if they're not heavily behind. They're a late game monster; pressure her early on and attempt to finish the game before she hits around 9 marks.
