Can we all agree on what skill actually is.

Ok so basically when someone(myself included) say something like "your champ takes no skill"(and I usually do it when the champ is being a complete prick to both our team and his/her team) What we or at least I mean is that to maximize said champions potential for certain plays is limited to a few options. like for example, let's take Annie. We all know how to play her, let's be real. So when fighting you can stun with any of her abilities and pretty well use the rest of her kit to get a kill. Now that's quite simple and everyone should be able to accomplish that kind of play. A common thing to do with Annie is to flash tibbers someone and than use the rest of her kit to secure the kill. In other words she's bursty and to pull off that kind of burst is limited to how many ways you can use her kit. Now while running away you can run and flash, you can run and flash over a wall, you can stun them and continue to run away, or in intense situations you can run away, stun and flash. This all has to do with the mechanics of that champion.

Now let's take Katarina for example, who has much more ways she can make plays. She can q, e to the dagger, and ult. She can q, e to the dagger, w, auto attack, and ult for an engage. She can flash q, e to the dagger and do what I mentioned above. While running away, she can either e onto a minion, player or monster either in lane or over a wall. She can w while running wait for someone to get close and go back or keep running. She can w and use her e on the edge of the dagger to go over small terrain. There are much more things I can list, but I want to keep things short.

using flash as a disengage is universal and depending on how good you are with timing and how you use flash has nothing really to do with champions, unless you're using it as part of a play.

I've told people that their champ takes no skill because of how they've been treating their team,me, or my team. Really it would just be nice to have people to just admit when they're wrong and I can admit it as well on certain champs, but mechanics are going to be different on different champs and their difficulties will differ as well. Rammus is probably one of the easiest champions mechanics-wise.

And simply telling someone, "well all you do is press q and r, anyone can do it". To that I say, it depends on who the champ is. Sure you can press q and r on LeeSin and chunk a lot of your enemies health, there's other things that are going to be involved. One of the advanced things that I've only been able to successfully been able to pull off on LeeSin a handful of times is q, close in q, ward hope behind the enemy with w, then ult the enemy into my team.

We all know what mechanics are, skill floor and skill ceiling. And to deny the advanced plays on certain champs skill floor by saying "says the Leblanc" is being completely disingenuous"

Positioning is universal and doesn't just apply to one champion.

People simply get angry when they're tilted and losing. My favorite is hearing zed takes no skill, Orianna takes no skill, syndra no skill, Yasuo no skill, fiora no skill, etc. you just have to ignore them. In their mind and from their pov, they don't see the key combinations and forward planning/reactions you're having. They're just seeing your champion annihilating theirs. Just gotta ignore it and play. Nothing you can say, even if faker himself was there to say they were wrong, would change their mind. Remember, when you die in league, it's never your fault. It was lag, other champion is op/brain dead, or your teammate baited/trolled you.

I agree and I usually do ignore them, especially the enemy. What I don't take kindly to is my teams Amumu(for example) shit talking either our teams Vayne or the enemy teams Vayne with using some phrasing like "Oh so hard to condemn auto attack" when in reality landing a condemn depends heavily on positioning, awareness of the environment(like for example are they mid lane, or close to a wall), timing the condemn right and getting in auto attacks, while either chasing them or kiting.
